I went on the Amazon website to order TurboTax Deluxe Federal and State. When I tried to go to where I could download my purchase I somehow managed to purchase two more copies. I only needed and wanted one and contacted Amazon to request a refund as I had not downloaded the other two (2) programs I was charged far. Amazon refused my request and sent an email that stated I would need to contact INTUIT for the refund which is $120.94 - $60.47 for each program. I don't understand why Amazon cannot make the refund as they are the vendor in this case. INTUIT can search and see that I have registered one program the registration code for the one I registered is as follows KG3BDVRMNPLZVYPX. I would appreciate very much as to whatever help you can provide in getting me the refund. as I am 84 years old and don't need to pay $180.91 for three TurboTax programs when I only need one to complete my tax return.
