refund status

I submitted tax On Feb 2nd. IRS said they received Feb 6th. I've called a few times and looked on line to check your refund and no movement. They are holding our refund and I'm not getting any answers why. Last time I called they said they would submit a referral and they see their holding with no explaination of why and they could see no notice has been sent to us.

Any ideas how I can get them to let me know reason for hold up? Thank you
