Trying to log into irs.gov was a joke. I just got a round robin of requests to submit my id over and over and over.

What message do you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tracker tool?  Does it show the amount that they approved and sent?

Who was the refund from?   If you're expecting a state refund of approx. $600, it may have come first.

Was the deposit directly from the IRS/US Treasury, or was it from a third-party bank (such as if you paid any fees out of your refund, etc.)

If the IRS lowered the refund amount, they should send a letter in about 3 weeks explaining why.
