I referred a friend who used TurboTax got both state and federal accepted and no bonus like it said I would get. They used my referral link for sure. But nothing.  What do I do

Up to 45 days after your Friend redeems the Offer using the Link from the invitation and files their federal return, Advocate will be sent an email with Reward information for electronic gift card and charity donation options (if made available).  For the terms and conditions of the referral program, please see our Help Article.

The same thing happened to me.  I never got the referral bonus even though I know the referee used my link.
