Recover my turbo tax 2024 already completed so I can file

I completed my forms in April. I need to pay you to get information. How do I do this

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

The Tax ID# for one of my accounts shows as 00-0000000 on the 1099-DIV form, TurboTx is not allowing me to complete the submission. Is there a default # I can use?
