RECIEVING A MESSAGE THAT SAY 'OOPS-AN ISSUE OCCURRED.  PLEASE CHECK BACK SHORTLY.  IS THIS SYSTEM WIDE?

It's likely due to the volume of submissions.  If you still can't submit, file an extension while there is still time.

I was charged already for software and taxes. I pressed transmit taxes. It says on the main page Federal pending for 4/15/24 however there is an error message above: "Oops-an issue occurred. Please check back shortly." The bottom of the page by tax returns it says "Pending 4-15-24 Filed Federal Tax Return."  I never received a text or email. I have no idea whether it is actually filed due to the error message. Turbo Tax please have your tech support provide some answers because customers do not know what is going on.
