Recieved FTB 5818B from California Franchise tax board indicating I owe $400 instead of receiving a $261 refund as prepared by Turbotax.

I received a CA FTB form number 5818b, stating that I owe $3,611.78.

They state it was a mistake when I (turbo tax) totaled my Exemption s...

Please help?! It's due next week!

Calif FTB did this incorrectly for quite a number of California taxpayers:
