Recently purchased my 2020 turbo tax software for Mac, but continuously fails/craches and freezes. How can I switch from turbo tax software to online and not pay again?

You won't be able to without paying again but you can request a refund for your CD/Download. Follow these instructions to return your CD/Download copy of TurboTax for a refund.

I bought the Windows 10 software download from Amazon and it worked fine last week. But now I'm having the same issue as you describe: it opens and crashes. Maybe it was a bad update. Is anyone at Intuit looking into this matter, please?

I'm shocked that no one has called back to tell me the program is not compatible with Windows 10.  I need a refund back from either Turbo Tax or Amazon, and I guess I'll have to start over at someplace like H&R Block today. So frustrating...
