Received some 1099 misc but not all of them

I am an Owner Operator Motor Carrier (Trucker) and utilize various brokers to obtain loads. (35 brokers from freight load boards) Many sent me 1099 Misc indicating the amount of money i made with them. 25 of the other companies did not. I have called each company and was told by many that they are not "required" to create or send 1099s. I made thousands of dollars with each company. I have their EIN numbers and the amounts I made with them. Question is how do I report the income I made with each company individually that did not send me 1099s? Or does it get "Lump Sum" and total is added in bulk under "Other Income"?

If you have a large number of forms 1099-MISC, you are not required to enter them individually on your tax return (most businesses do not).

If you have records of the sums you have received, you can enter your business income as a lump sum under Additional income.

Thanks for the reply. I have about $100K that i have to report and i feel that its so general to add it under "other"with no othere information attached to it like EINs.  I have entered the 1099s that I do have but won't the IRS like to know who paid me and how much? Is it advisable to "create 1099 misc" since I do have the info needed for each company although i didn't receive the 1099? or still just include it under bulk amount in the additional income field?

You can delete the 1099-MISC you have already entered and enter a lump sum as additional income. Most businesses which receive more than 10 forms 1099-MISC do not enter them individually. The income you enter will be reported on your schedule C as gross receipts. The IRS is very familiar with this situation.
