Sorry to hear that Bren365. Not sure what had happened in this community forum or talking to a product specialist. I see lot of people who volunteer their time to assist people like us! Why don't you try again? Can you ask your questions in details so experienced and knowledgeable volunteers could help? Wish you luck Bren356!
