I paid for the live version of Turbo tax. When I asked for help or review, i was told no one was available.
Now I have received letters from both the state and federal governments telling me there area problems with my taxes.
I have attempted to contact Turbo tax multiple times for help, but the website directs me to call. Call center says to try online. AND I PAID FOR LIVE HELP!

They don't have any valuable information for me on any of these links! The irs shows they deposited my stimulus check on my turbo card and its not there and no-one to connect to live or otherwise! How frustrating!! Where can I speak to a PERSON?!!!
