Wits End - Cant Install or Uninstall TT23 Window 11

TT23 started crashing after the last update(wouldnt even launch), so i tried uninstall and reinstalling and keep getting errors the require temp file cannot be created...i ran as admin, i manually deleted everything per the other posts...nothing is working...i am at a dead end(the only other advice i saw was to install on another PC...not a real option)
