Will turbo tax notify me when my taxes have been filed?

I have completed all the tax forms and paid to file, when will I know this has happened?

Paying your fee does not file your tax return.  YOU have to go all the way through the FILE section and click a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now."  Until you do that, your return has not been e-filed.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized, you will be able to access this section. This is  ALL IT SAYS, NO ORANGE BUTTON?

Then keep checking back.  You will have to actually submit them when  all your forms are ready.
