Why will turbo tax deluxe 2024 not update software? I've tried running as an administrator, reloaded the software several times. Found a posting to download a manual update. It worked once.

Now there is an update and I cannot download.

I've lost confidence in Intuit. This issue must be solved.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling TurboTax?

Several times. I'm past reinstalling faulty software several times to fix a problem. I'm in the wrong place to solve this issue.
