As an example, on TurboTax Web, when I choose to add investment income and click "Add investments":

From the "Let's import your tax info" screen, I click "Enter a different way", then pick 1099-INT, then "Upload it from my computer".

@tacomadc Can you tell us specifically what documents you need to enter?   There are some things--like W-2's that you can take a photo of, some things that you can import from various sites, and some things that simply have to be keyed in by hand.
