Why isn't my mortgage interest calculating as a deduction. It should be 100% qualified. I cleared cache/cookies and deleted it and reentered it but nothing is fixing

There are a number of reasons you might not be seeing mortgage interest on Schedule A after entering it. You can revisit your entries to confirm, for example, that you identified the loan as being secured by your home, the dollar amount of interest entered was corrected, and that the loan principal was entered and didn't exceed applicable limits. In addition, you may not have had enough total itemized deductions to exceed the standard deduction.

You can preview your return before filing to find out how your taxes were calculated and review the schedules. See here for details.

Please see this article and this one for more information on home mortgages from TurboTax.

Thank you.  I believe it is a program glitch.  I verified that I have entered everything correctly - it is secured by home, amount is correct and principal doesn't exceed limits.  The program tells me that my interest is 100% deductible but it isn't adding it to the total amount of itemized deductions (which is higher than the standard).  I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how did they fix it?
Thank you!

If your income is high enough, mortgage interest can be limited by AMT. If you see form 6251 in your return, that will explain the issue.

For details, see Topic No. 556 Alternative Minimum Tax | Internal Revenue  Service.

Thank you for the information but the deduction was qualified and it was just a program glitch.  I was able to resolve my issue but unfortunately the only way to do so was by deleting my entire return and re-entering it.
