I wish I knew,  The link provided by the other responder doesn't apply to me since I can get into the program.  But every time TT does an update, I have to re-activate.
Frustrating for 2 reasons. 
The first is that it says can only be activated 5 times.  I'll hit that before I ever complete my tax returns.
2nd - it is a PAIN!
