Why is my code not working and how do I fix it?

I am not able to sign into my account. I received an intuit code and changed my password but the new  password does not work. Help!

My name is Ruben McKenzie, I purchased the software and tried to download to a Windows 7 Laptop. I could not. Now I am trying to download on my other Laptop that runs Windows 10 but the software is saying the code was assigned to another computer

I purchased the CD version to use on my old computer.  It is running windows 7.   I purchased a new computer that does not have a CD drive.  The License code for downloading is not recognized by you.

I purchased turbotax download in January, when i entered the code for payment (after completing my taxes in April) it says code not recognized

I purchased Turbotax Home & Business CD.  I installed from CD on my hard drive.  I entered the license code and got a message that the code is not valid.  Error code 607  I have double checked and tried more than once.  Now what?
