What kind of IT department they have??? Update TT software should be first priority and highly urgency fixing the software for national company like TT. Their It department should all fire.
I agree. It says it should be available today but it’s still not working.
I am also SUPER annoyed about this. I am due a refund, and since I am in between jobs, I was counting on receiving it by a certain time. There is no reason this update needs to be delayed for this long. If this is going to keep happening I am definitely switching to another tax software. The whole reason I used TT was because it allowed me to file so quickly. Last year, and now this year, I am forced to file so much later than I want.
Yes this is unacceptable.
This should give us resounding assurance that the problem is nowhere near being fixed.

Okay so I just spend 20 minutes talking to a representative who confirmed that Turbotax is pushing the date back yet again. He didn't give me a date but I AM DONE with TurboTax. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am submitting a refund. Does anyone have any other suggestions who I should use for taxes that can submit the K-1?

It’s now February 21st and still can’t upload k-1S. When is this actually going to be ready? There is no irs delay at this point. I’d this isn’t ready today I’m going somewhere else like the others in this thread after a decade of using TurboTax
Today is 2/21/24. I have the desktop version. I updated the version and it is still saying the form is not available. This is an inconvenience. We are almost done with February and your company still hasn't updated this.
With millions of people who have businesses, you would expect this would be top priority. Intuit is a business, I bet their taxes are completed.

A better explanation of deleting from tools menu is in order. I can barely find tools menu but I see no option to delete..please explain better.
It's 2/21... This is STILL unavailable... As a TT customer for over 20 years, I am disappointed that the delays are getting longer and longer each year. As an IT professional, this should be unacceptable.
Update: so i have called two more times and have received different answers OMG! First person confirmed another delay, second person stated it would be available later today or by tomorrow, and third person just told me that it will be available today! WTH
Then i emailed and this is what i received!!!!

So, basically nobody at TurboTax knows what is going on. If it isn't available first thing in the morning I'm leaving for good. I'm done. And even if it is available tomorrow morning this is my last year with TurboTax. After 15 years it's come to this. So sick of corporations not caring about their customers and lying through their teeth. Then, leaving phone operators without the information to help people. I don't blame them. I blame management.
Tax Tools is not a hyperlink --that is I click on it and nothing happens
