Why is it asking me if i live in Puerto Rico

I am trying to file my taxes and I keep getting towards the end then it will ask me if my permanent abode is in puerto rico. And I dont understand why its asking me this. I say no then it ask me if the United states is my permanent abode. I have never been asked these questions before did something change. I was born and raised in the united states and lived and worked in the same state all my life.

I really need to do my taxes and i want to make sure I didn't miss something figuring that's why these questions keep coming up

if you don't have a state return and entered "foreign or US possession," that may prompt it. Also in entering your mailing address, you may have possibly hit the drop down menu to Puerto Rico.

There must be an input issue for those questions to appear.

Thanks I will double check my address  i do live in Pennsylvania maybe that is it since its PA. Maybe somewhere its marked wrong. And I did the state return as well so i guess i better check it too. Hoping this is the case cause I really need to file my taxes :(
