Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

I do t have another account. This was my first and only turbo tax return.
It looks like you have TurboTax Online, but you do not have TurboTax Live Online.
All features of TurboTax Live are available on your mobile phone or device.
If you want to upgrade to TurboTax Live from a different TurboTax product, you'll need to do that from a computer.
I thought premiere had access to live help
