Yes you can install it on 5 computers.   How did you install it on the first computer?  By CD or by downloading it?

If you installed from the CD it seems you can not download it from online now.  You can't do both CD and download.   See the new info on this FAQ

So you need to call in to get the download pushed to your account.

If you are having trouble installing the CD try copying the CD to a usb flash drive.  See SteamTrains post here

You can install your Turbo Tax Product on up to 5 computers as stated above.  If the FAQ articles don't resolve your issue, please provide us with more information so we can better assist you.
