Why do I get an Access Denied reply when trying to get my stimulus check information ?

Unfortunately, while I was (prior to last week 7.21) receiving the messages you referred to here, I am now receiving this:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof-wmsp/login" on this server.

Any ideas on what this is or how to find out?

Did you find a resolution to you problem?  our company was accessing the IRS tools for impact statements, and suddenly, the message appeared: Access Denied You don't have permission to access on this server.  Tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox...none of them work for me.

The problem has proven to be the browser you are using. Use Google Chrome and your problem should be resolved.

Absolutely no disrespect. I appreciate the help that you have given me. However the first misunderstanding is that it's the where's my refund that they are denying me access to. Not my stimulus. And I got enough badges in girl scouts to last me till I'm 105 LOL I'm not looking for badges and all that although it is it a very good technique for problem solving but for me I don't want badges and I wouldn't answer please. Again no disrespect

This is a very long thread and I do not see a question posted by you.

Are you trying to find out the amount the IRS has on file for you as economic payments issued? 

Below is the IRS link to get that information. 

You also should have received Letter 6475 from the IRS reporting the third payment amount.

This kept happening to me this year. I tried on Chrome, Edge and Samsung internet. I kept getting the same message. I downloaded the irs2go app and it worked that way.

This happened to me this year for the first time ever read another forum stating its a VPN issue tried every different browser on my mobile device still got access denied 😕 used my work computer and Microsoft edge browser and was able to obtain status just fine I think this is a purposeful delay that we may see a lot more of as the 21 year Tax filing season kicks off. Glad I came across the info I did as I was starting to worry 😟😅

Earlier posts in this queue recommend trying with a different browser, trying when the IRS website may be less busy, or downloading the irs2go app. These suggestions worked for some who were trying to check on their refund status. The IRS website is very busy at this time.
