I have been having the same issue. The software keeps telling me to check back at a later date -- it was two weeks ago, last week, today, but now it is tomorrow.
Please contact customer support here for further assistance so that we can take a look at what is going on to better assist you.
Thanks for the message, but TurboTax and RBC were able to work out their issues with importing. Consequently, I was able to import my forms.
