why cant I pay with my refund

There are several reasons that could cause this problem.

• Your federal refund amount has to be enough to cover both your TurboTax fees and the additional bank processing fees.
• It may be limited by specific forms (e.g., Form 8888, 1040-SS) or claiming certain credits can trigger disqualification.
• This option is only available for e-filed returns.
• You cannot use this method if you are only filing a state return. 
• You can not request a paper check.  It must be to a bank.
  • It must go to your bank.  
  • The refund is processed electronically through an independent bank.  
  • They charge a fee.  
  • TurboTax gets their fee.  
  • The balance will be deposited to your account
