Why cant I efile

This is a user community forum.   With no clue provided, it's not possible to say.  You'll need to describe the issue completely, including any error messages.

• Are you referring to a Federal return, state return, or both?
• Is there any clue when you go through the REVIEW section?
• Are you in a foreign country and getting an error when you try to efile?
• Do you have any income on your return, or is it a zero-income return?
• Or did you efile and got a rejection error message?  If so, what is it?

I have the same issue, trying to efile an amended 2019 tax return.  IRS confirmed that since August 2020 efiling for 2019 has been enabled, but Turbotax gives me an generic message "Technical glitch and can't be submitted at this time."  Anyone solve this problem yet?

All efiling has closed for the rest of the year as the IRS switches over  to the 2020 tax year ... the amended return must be mailed in at this time.
