Why are my filed 2021 turbotax with all calcs and turbotax tax return only different with different tax due amts? Both saved at the same time. Which one was filed?

The nonresident California return with all calcs correctly shows a credit for taxes paid on the Arizona return.  The nonresident California return only does not have the credit.  The latter is wrong.    How can this happen when they are both saved at the same time?  Which one was filed?
