Why am I being charged $50 to file state taxes?

I decided to upgrade to premier for $90, then get the honor of paying an additional $50 to transfer over some forms to file state taxes.  Meanwhile, there is an option to do it all for free.  Makes no sense what so ever.  I would gladly re-enter the information to save myself $50.  Not to mention, every 3 pages Turbo Tax is trying to upsell me again and again on the "Tax Package" I decided to get, even after I went with premier.  Not a good look Turbo Tax.  Extremely annoying to say the least.

Just to throw this out there too...  I called to ask about this. Their response was “make a new username and file state taxes separately using the free version”. Really?  I never go through the trouble of writing “negative reviews”, but really Turbo Tax if you read this, this is pretty absurd.
