People who had health insurance from healthcare.gov   ---- aka the marketplace  -- aka Affordable Care Act -- aka "Obamacare"   health insurance must enter a 1095A.   If you did not have that kind of health insurance then when it asks for a 1095A say NO to the question and move on.
