I created a single-member LLC last year and filed the form to the IRS for it be treated as an S-Corp for tax purposes. I just finished using Turbo Tax Business for my separate S-Corp corporation. When I go to start my LLC taxes within Turbo Tax Business it says to use a Turbo Tax Premier or Turbo Tax Home & Business unless elected to file as a corporation. So which product do i chose? If its Turbo Tax Business, then do I chose the S-Corporation option?

Yes. LLCs with an S corporation election file an 1120-S.
Thank you! How do I then file my State Tax return? I am recognized as an LLC at the State (California) Level but used Form 2553 for S-Corp status. Do I still file the State using Turbo Tax Business or only the Federal is filed with Turbo Tax Business, and the State is filed as an LLC under Turbo Tax Home & Business?
