In W2 I am seeing an entry RS under Box 14, not sure which category I need to select for this entry.

Box 14 on a W-2 is for your company payroll department and has no tax reporting implications.

You may leave the box blank.

The amount of restricted stock may be a tax reporting issue in the tax year of vesting, and/or when sold.
