Where to find the download for Mac Turbotax?

Hi there- My mother has purchased Turbotax Advantage Premiere for 2020, and she has successfully used Turbotax on her PC. We would also like to use her software on my Mac, as a download, but cannot find where to download the Mac version. When we go to her account and look at "Downloads", only the Windows version is available. Is it necessary to purchase the Mac version of Turbotax separately? Thanks in advance for your help.

You will have to contact TurboTax support so they can push a 2020 Mac installation file to the download account at no charge.

Thanks for your reply. I tried your link, and ended up calling the 1-800 number. I was answered by an automated system, which ended up sending me a link to an article on how to download the software. But when I go to Downloads in the account, there is still no link for the Mac version. How can I talk to a human being?

Ok, I called the 1-800 number and talked with a human. He told me to go to installturbotax.com, then input the code that came with my software. At that point, I was able to choose the Mac OS for my download. Success!
