Where do I find a message that I was sent from a Turbo Tax expert on the web site?

After talking with a TurboTax expert, I received an email saying he had sent me a message and I should log in to read and respond.  But all I get when I log in is TurboTax trying to sell me more services.  Where is the message?

There will be a notification icon at the top right on your screen.  Click on that to open the message.

Nope.  All I see is the screen that says "We're glad you're here"  Upper right has search and help, but no notification.  That only appears here on the community site, but that's not where the message supposedly is.
