When will TurboTax send me my refund? I've already verified with the IRS that they sent it to Intuit.

The IRS tracking tool says that my refund was sent on Feb 4 and to call my bank if I hadn't received it by the 9th. I called my bank, they had received it and there were no holds. I called the IRS and they said that my refund was sent to my preparer and they verified that it was sent to Intuit/TurboTax. I have verified that I put the correct routing and account number for direct deposit. When will I get my refund from TurboTax?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
