When will Turbo Tax get the IRS update of form 8824 for Like Kind Exchange?

Message from Turbo Tax says it can't file my return until the government finishes certain forms in my tax return and it shows that form to be 8824 Like Kind Exchange. When will this update be done so I can file by March 1st?
