Tax Year Prior to 2020: When will the energy efficient vehicles form be available?

Good news! The form is now available for TurboTax online!

Phase out calculation is wrong. I purchased a Tesla in October 2019. The credit should be 25% of $7500= $1875 but Turbotax tells me it is $7500.  

Turbotax please fix this ASAP so that we can file our taxes.

The Qualified Plug-in Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit or Form 8936 is not calculating correctly. The tentative credit is showing as too high. 

This issue is projected to be fixed by 02/21/2020.
