What should you do if you took out the funds (under the act) in 2020 and paid them all back in 2021? Is that the same form or should we do something else?
Same form.
I was also told two different dates. One of specialists indicated March 17th and the other one told me March 24th.

Form 8915-F, Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Retirements is scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 03/24/2022
Go to this TurboTax website for IRS forms availability - https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_online_individual.html
The list states it will on be unavailable for e-file. Does that mean I will be required to file my taxes via paper only? Is this an IRS requirement or just Turbo Tax?

It better be available for efile. Paper copy has been available for awhile I thought. If they are going to make us paper file, I want some of my money back! I payed for efile! And I am sick of waiting. They are holding up my state return also.
Please help me understand why Form 8915-F is being delayed so long in the current ax program!!! I will consider other alternatives next year due to the hesitation to update the software.
@mtaylor916 - Last week an Intuit employee came on this thread and said that they do not comment on why something is taking "too long." Good news is that it will be ready in less than a week, on 03/24/2022. I doubt we will ever know "why it took so long." That is internal company policy that I most likely will not be made available to the customer.
Any updates on when this form will be available in TurboTax2021 desktop version?
@ciecko95 As of today it will be available in desktop AND for e-file 0n 03/24/2022.
On this I'd be careful as the IRS form and instructions are apparently not "final". I downloaded the instructions yesterday for example and they had a big "Draft as of February 15" watermark on each page.
