When will form 8582 be ready?

They are destroying an immense amount of good will not being responsive and upfront about this issue. Further, they neglected to inform their own support staff. This is exactly how not to handle response to a systems problem.

Why is this form still unavailable? Many of us have already paid and can not file state taxes until this is fixed. We were even notified of this issue until AFTER we paid! This is ridiculous!

@DawnC  I am having the same issue for VA. I received an email notification on 2/17 and 2/18 saying the 8582 form is now ready. When I log into my TurboTax account it still states that it will be ready soon. How and why are the email notices being sent out if troubleshooting is still taking place?

@DawnC Can someone please let us know when this will be fixed for Maryland? I've checked every day this week, and continue to see this when attempting to e-File:

This form has been ready from the IRS for weeks, and yet there seem to be many filers who cannot complete their taxes because of this issue with TurboTax. I'm running out of time to file due to my circumstances requiring me to get this task done imminently, and I simply am at a loss for what to do.

TurboTax seems to have gone radio silent on this problem, and it deeply concerns me and others here. It's been weeks with absolutely no updates, and it doesn't seem like TurboTax is treating this issue with appropriate urgency.

I have been unable to complete and file Tax Year 2021 because this Indiana State Form 8582 has not been approved for release. Is there an info when this form will be ready? (see screenshot)

I got an email from Intuit saying 8582, did the update, and there is still an error. I would really like to file my taxes ASAP. How do i fix this??

I live in South Carolina and have not received the notification of the updates to Form 8582. When is this glitch going to be fixed. I am inclined to make this my last year for using TurboTax for my preparation. Very disappointing.

I am attempting to file a Maryland return as a non-state resident to request a refund and cannot file due to this error. "Form 8582: Activity Description - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon."  The Turbo Tax software is blocking me from bypassing the form, deleting the form, or as other have suggested, modifying the form to all zeros. 

What is the status from TurboTax for addressing this issue that is affecting multiple state returns?
