I am attempting to file a Maryland return as a non-state resident to request a refund and cannot file due to this error. "Form 8582: Activity Description - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon." The Turbo Tax software is blocking me from bypassing the form, deleting the form, or as other have suggested, modifying the form to all zeros.
What is the status from TurboTax for addressing this issue that is affecting multiple state returns?
