Tax Year Prior to 2020: When will form 4684 be available?

It is 3/4/2021 still nothing even thought the page you reference to say it will be ready for filing today. What gives?

The electronic form for 4684 is now available. They did not send out a notification. I had to open the program and check for updates on my own. I just filed electronically. Sadly, as I had been a long-standing customer,  this will be my LAST YEAR with TurboTax. Their service, especially at such a critical time, was so below my expectations. They did even care to address our concerns or work faster to resolve this matter for all of us. Very disappointed.

It is not yet available for online users. Ugh. After nearly 15 years with turbo tax I am done. The cost is more and have worse customer service than they used to.

Today is 3/4/2021 and the form is still not available to e-file within the TurboTax website or app. This is the final thing I've been waiting on to submit. This is unacceptable.

This is such a disappointed.  Wasted so much time just to find out I could have gone somewhere else? Its the 4th still no form!

Now i'm confused. The released date in both the online program, and the form release page say 03/04. So when did things deviate to "not available"?

At this time, the latest information that we have concerning the Form 4684 is that it would be available today. Perhaps try logging out, clearing cache and cookies. If the form still is not available, it is possible that it may take another day or two for the change to reflect in the program.

It looks like working for Business CD download for over a week now?  So confusing to everyone plus very poor information from so called experts!

I switched over to H & R Block and that was a disaster !! They were far worse in my opinion. They never could get my taxes sent to the IRS !! Eventually came back to Turbotax and filed by taxes this evening successfully ! Accepted and done !! Turbotax, I am back as a customer.
