I was able to submit my Form 1065 Partnership return on Friday and it shows as being accepted by the IRS. I didn't see Form 3800 anywhere on the return and am hoping it doesn't turn into an issue in the future. I am using the desktop version of TT Business.
I see the form - but you can manually enter all of the sections of the form
I use TT Home & Business for my Schedule C and it wasn't an issue at all.
I was able to submit my Partnership return on the 1st, as well. There was an update on my desktop version of TT Business. I went through the section where it was being held up and it didn't even ask any questions regarding Form 3800. The majority of us don't even need that form and I'm assuming that why it didn't take me through it. I've never used that form before anyway so I think I'm good. My return was successful accepted.
I am still not able to submit i keep getting form 3800 General Business credit available on 3/6/2024, I am going to be mad if they don't release it early or on time
It is now 3/6/2024 and I am still getting the error 3800 General Business credit available on 3/6/2024. Why isn't this working yet?
Same - it's now 3/6/24, and the date has now changed multiple times for form 3800, and I still can't file taxes and get my hard earned income back from the IRS.
This is a nightmare - and I cannot wait to leave TurboTax for my personal and businesses filings. Any recommendations of strong platforms from anyone here?
Still can't submit despite it already past the 3/6 date
This is very frustrating that TurboTax doesn't have this form available when promised. Now there is no longer a date showing in the desktop version, it just says "coming soon". This will be my last year using TurboTax. It is not acceptable to be so slow to have forms ready for a massive company like Intuit.
sad that its not ready can any TurboTax support respond here?
Did entering it manually assist in getting it filed or no?
I will be checking every hour, and it says cannot submit until 3/6 still
So uhh... has 2/28/24 not come to pass somewhere in the world? or 3/6?
Still says cannot submit until 3/6
Still says cannot submit until 3/6
Still have questions?
