That code indicates that your license code was not input correctly.

If you cannot resolve the issue, you will have to contact Support.

Nope. Not true. I used it toinstall on my pc. And now trying exact same one linked to my acct on my moms pc. Doesnt work.

The hold msg said it is a known issue.
