What should I do if I can't find or misplaced my W2 from one of my jobs?

1st, try calling the employer if you can.  you should also be able to get the info by registering at IRS website and getting transcript but it does not contain any state info.  so if you have to file a state return you'll need to contact the Social security ADm for the procedure.
