Never heard of needing that. All you really need is a name and amount in box 1. You don't even need the EIN. I enter several interest without a 1099. Did you enter it as a 1099 Int and put the amount in box 1? I would try deleting it and enter it again. I don't think it even asks for an address on the entry screen.
Did you enter a city and state? I would just leave all those boxes blank. It wants a street address because you entered a city.
I do not try deleting it. I had found another post, after posting mine, where others were saying to simply enter any other IRS center's address. So I searched to find an address for the IRS office at that zip code 39901. Google map put a drop pin right at an IRS office at Beverly Hills Dr & Buford Hwy, you'll see an "Internal Revenue Service (IRS)". It's as though that building is its own zip code. Clicking on it showed the address: 4800 Buford Hwy NE, Chamblee, GA 39901. I entered that and TurboTax was happy.
