Why are you unable to look at your 2019 return?   The 2019 AGI is on the 2019 Form 1040, Line 8b.   

Did you use Online TurboTax and can't find it?  If so, we can tell you how to locate your 2019 online return.  You may have multiple accounts.

We may be able to help you find your 2019 return if prepared in Online TurboTax.   Another option is to download a free 2019 tax return transcript at the IRS website if you qualify to register an account there.

If the 2019 tax return was not filed then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return.
