Can you clarify?  What data are you entering, in what section are you being asked for the type?

Just a guess, but the "wh" may mean something in regard to withholding.  Are you sure it says "type2" and not "tp2"; i.e., taxpayer 2?  Are you preparing a joint return?

Again, we don't know the context of what/where is being entered.  More info is needed, as TurboTax DawnC has requested.
