Wash Sales not tracked by broker due to being a different account

Question regarding wash sales entry - I am going to import my 1099-B from fidelity when available.  This 1099b will contains some wash sales that fidelity wont show as washes (because they were in a different fidelity account) so my question is this - once I import my 1099b data will i be able to edit the specific transactions that are washes and add the disallowed amount since the 1099 will show it as a loss?

Yes.  Once you import the 1099-B you will be able to edit each individual transaction.
