Contacted two people at support. They were completely incapable of understanding or helping or suggesting anything. In addition, I was put on hold for almost 40 minutes. The people were either not trained to handle an issue, and were passing me to folks that should not have been representing intuit.
After recreating my entire taxes, I could NOT submit my taxes. 6 errors in a row with suggested instructions to delete my taxes and pay twice to resubmit them. F@%*& intuit. (Very long time customer).

Turbo team suggested I contact support team. Tried twice. Both folks were utterly incompetent and unable to even vaguely understand the issue(s). Don’t think I can endure another 40 minute exercise in futility. Extremely disappointed.
