Using 2019 credit for 2021

Can someone pls explain to me filling this year.So if we want to use our 2019 income do we just copy all that info and re-do it? Or is it Eic only?

Using 2019 credit for 2021

2019 income can be used for 2021 EIC.    The EIC interview will ask about it.
