USAA Credit Card Transactions Haven't been updated since October or November of 2022. If you have a solution, please post it.
However, I don't think anyone besides Mint knows if this will be resolved soon. I'm sure everyone would like to be helpful and suggest links that might provide a resolution. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any that
help.
If anybody has a friend who works for Mint/ Intuit, please post what the company has to say.
Mint, yesterday, prompted me to update the USAA connection. It was more than just verifying the security code like in the past. Logging in today was the first time USAA transactions updated automatically since the issue back in Sept/Oct without having me enter the security code. My initial thoughts is this issue has been resolved. I’ll have to purchase something using my USAA credit card to verify updated transactions. Can anyone else verify Mint-USAA connection is working properly now?
Whatever I did, I lost all transactions beyond 90-days. However, everything is working fine now and I am good with the fresh start for 2023 with everything working.
Yes, Mint is updating USAA Amex cards. However any transaction in a pending status will not update in Mint until the transaction is completed.
I marked all USAA accounts (credit card, checking, savings) as inactive.
I then created three accounts as "Property" and input info from USAA accounts as "Cash" manual inputs starting on Jan. 1, 2023. Previous history was already documented in my exported annual summaries.
I do not plan to re-activate USAA accounts. This would result in duplicate inputs and not reflect the categories and splits of the transactions.
Instead, I have chosen to continue USAA as manual inputs and significantly reduce transactions with USAA.
This means that I rarely use my USAA credit card and only have checking account transactions that are minimally needed.
I did delete and readd all our USAA accounts, and now I have duplicates (just in our checking and savings accounts).
Yes, but it's been very very tedious since September 2022 doing this! It also effected my tax reports!
I’ve been having the same issue for months too but tried reconnecting today ( for the millionth time) and it worked! All of my transactions from the past few months are now showing up
Yes, me too, but lots of transactions are multiple!!!
Sounds like you might have duplicate accounts. As that what happened to me . I clicked to hide the old version of the account then duplicate transactions disappeared
